FaxSend provides tools for uploading documents, paying for transmission, and tracking delivery status. We may update, improve, or discontinue service features as the platform evolves.

You are responsible for the documents, recipient numbers, and account details you submit through FaxSend.

You agree to provide accurate information and confirm you have the right to transmit each document.

Payment is required before fax processing unless an alternate written agreement applies.

Fax pricing is $0.99 per fax, plus applicable taxes and fees shown at checkout. Failed or reversed payments may result in paused or canceled processing.

You may not use FaxSend for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or rights-infringing activity.

We may suspend submissions or restrict access when activity appears to violate legal or platform safety requirements.

Fax transmission depends on third-party carrier networks and recipient systems, which may be unavailable or reject delivery.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime or successful delivery for every transmission attempt.

FaxSend is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Except where prohibited, FaxSend is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages related to platform use.
